Yes. Aromatherapy is part of Marie-Jo’s signature approach and is thoughtfully incorporated into the experience.
If you have allergies, fragrance sensitivities, or simply prefer no essential oils, an unscented option is always available.
Before your appointment, you will complete a Client Intake Form covering your preferences, sensitivities, allergies, relevant health information, and anything Marie-Jo should know.
When you arrive, there is also time for a brief conversation before the massage begins.
Absolutely. Your comfort always comes first. You can share areas you would like more attention on, areas you would prefer to avoid, and your pressure preferences before or during the session.
Wear whatever feels comfortable for your arrival and departure. Marie-Jo will explain everything you need to know before the massage begins, including draping and privacy, so you can feel comfortable throughout the experience.
