Appointments at L’Art of Lightness are intentionally limited so Marie-Jo can give each client the time and attention their experience deserves.
We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.
Cancellation or Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments changed or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without a cancellation fee.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your appointment and do not provide advance notice, you may be charged:
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your session may need to end at the originally scheduled time so the next appointment is not affected.
The full scheduled appointment fee may still apply.
Where possible, Marie-Jo will make every reasonable effort to provide the best experience within the remaining time.
Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies occur.
Exceptional circumstances may be considered individually at the discretion of L’Art of Lightness.

If L’Art of Lightness needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible and offered an alternative appointment.
